Clyde Hubert Smith, Jr., 69, died July 30, 2018 at Conway Medical Center, Conway, SC.
Born on August 26, 1948 in Knoxville, TN, he was the son of the late Fred M. and Rose M. Williams Howard, Jr.
Mr. Smith is survived by his best friend, two uncles; and relatives and friends of the Howard and Smith families.
The family will receive friends from 4 to 5 pm on Wednesday, August 1 in Lee Funeral Home Chapel, followed by a prayer service at 5 pm. Burial will be at 11 am on Friday, August 3 at Lynnhurst Cemetery, Knoxville, TN.
