David Lotz

David J. Lotz died September 11, 2017 at Grand Strand Regional Medical Center.

Born on May 25, 1930 in Beaver Falls, PA, he was the son of the late John David and Mildred Kane Lotz.

Mr. Lotz served his country proudly in the U.S. Army during the Korean Conflict. He was a member and head usher at Little River United Methodist Church, and a member of Little River Lions Club.

Survivors include his wife of 33 years, Geraldine Perdew Lotz; son, David A. Lotz; daughter, Karen Wenzel; two stepsons, Keith and Craig Hall; stepdaughter, Linda Blaskowitz; grandchildren, Ashley Lotz, Erin Clarity, Danielle Wenzel; and great granddaughter, Chloe Lotz.

A memorial service will be held at 10 am on Friday, September 15 at Little River United Methodist Church. Inurnment will follow in the church columbarium niche. The family will receive friends in the Fellowship Hall following inurnment.
