

Diane was a contract specialist for the Department of Defense. After 28 years of dedicated service, she retired in 1998 and moved from Stafford, VA to Ormond Beach, FL. On November 1, 2003, she married Dennis Freeland King.
Diane loved reading books, riding horses, dancing, playing golf and spending time with her beloved dogs. Her and Dennis enjoyed traveling and took several cross-country trips in their RV. They shared great memories throughout their 23 years of marriage.
In addition to Dennis, Diane is survived by her daughters, Kelly Everett Williams (Eric), Kimberly Everett Seaver, Jody Everett Ridder, stepson Brian David King, and five grandchildren, Katelin Seaver, Luke Ridder, Shea Ridder, Bret Ridder and Ella Ridder. She is also survived by three sisters Georgia E. Butler, Kathy A. Straukas, and Renee G. Crouch (Paul). Diane was preceded in death by her husband Richard David Everett, stepfather Philip C. Ardanuy, stepmother Shirley Wells Butler and her beloved cousin Barbara Jean King.
The date and time of her Celebration of Life will be provided soon.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial donations be made to the North Myrtle Beach Humane Society.
