Dominic Petito, 89, passed away at home in Longs, SC on Thursday, April 23, 2026, with his loving wife, Donna, by his side. Born on March 24, 1937, in Trenton, NJ, he was the son of the late Anthony and Anny Petito.
The owner and operator of Petito Plumbing, Dominic semi-retired following many years of service becoming a plumbing inspector in New Jersey and Pennsylvania. He was a longtime member of IASC where he enjoyed his Friday evening card games as well as the two-week fishing trips with the guys from the club. Dominic was a kind and generous man to all who knew him and he will be greatly missed.
Surviving in addition to his wife of 35 years, Donna is his sons, Dominic and Michael Petito and his daughter, Terri Ann McAndrew. He is also survived by many additional family members. He is preceded in death by his brothers, Ralph Petito, Anthony Petito; sister, Mary Young; stepchildren, Dena and Stephen Plumeri.
