Dorothy J Roscoe

Born January 1, 1934 in Johnstown. Daughter of Clair and Charlotte (Hardy) O'Connor.

Preceded in death by parents, husband James (Red) Roscoe sisters Marie Dona (Joseph); Hilda Cemo(George); Eileen Bassett(Wayne).

Survived by daughter Cindy Roscoe Zeigler (Joseph) Myrtle Beach; Son Kevin Roscoe (Daphne) Myrtle Beach; Grandchildren Stephanie Diloreto Lucas (Shawn) Somerset; Eric Diloreto Richland; Tayler Roscoe Pittsburgh. Great-grandchildren Cole and Chase Lucas Somerset; Alexi and Remi Diloreto Richland

Graduated from Johnstown High School 1952 and worked for Pennsylvania Electric Company.

Former owner of Dreams Unlimited Travel Richland for 16 years with other locations in Florida.

Dottie was very active in Richland as she was involved with the Richland Booster Club while her husband managed and coached baseball teams. Dottie was a coach for girls softball teams and

she was a district committee women. After retirement she worked for Walt Disney World dressing the characters to go on stage and sang in the Epcot Christmas Candlelight Procession.

Dottie was happily married to her husband Jim for 66 years.

Memorial Service is Private for Family. Dottie will be placed at The Florence National Cemetary

Florence, SC with her husband.
