Elsie Lee Raborn passed away on February 21, 2026, at the age of 83. Born on September 14, 1942, in Monroe, North Carolina, she was the daughter of the late Marvin and Ruby Harrell.

She is survived by her loving husband, Donald Raborn; her sons, Stephen Raborn and Kevin Raborn; her sister, Sandra McMillian; and three step-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Ocean Drive Presbyterian Church, 410 6th Ave S, North Myrtle Beach, South Carolina 29582, US.

A celebration of life will be held on March 6, 2026 at 1:00 PM at Lee Funeral Home & Crematory 11840 Hwy 90 Little River, SC 29566.
