Evelyn Esther Ward, age 86, of Whiteville, North Carolina passed away on Sunday, March 6, 2022. She was born in Columbus County, North Carolina on October 10, 1935. A native of Columbus County, Esther was a member of Bethel United Methodist Church. She was preceded in death by her mother, Ila Ward; sisters, Carolyn Ward; Edna Ward; Vera Cox; and brother, Steadman Ward.
A graveside service will be held at 11:00 am on Thursday, March 10, 2022 at Bethel Cemetery in Clarendon, North Carolina.
