We lived next door to Fran and Frank. They were the best neighbors/family anyone could ever have. Fran was warm, welcoming there was never a bad time to see  them.  We really did want a bridge to go between the houses. Cathy , you were blessed with very special parents. Please give my love to your family 

 My dearest cousin, Fran, has been my best friend since we were children. I can’t begin to express what a wonderful relationship we have had throughout our lives, even though we haven’t lived near each other for over 40 years. One can’t say enough about her kindness, love, compassion  and courage. She will live on in our hearts forever and has left a legacy to inspire all who knew and loved her to follow in her footsteps. Heartfelt condolences to dear Cathy and Billy and all the loving grandchildren, Charissa and Melanie, and great grandchildren Hailey and Matthew. 

I will always remember Fran's kindness and smiling face. She will be missed.

Fran was one of the warmest, most welcoming people I ever met. I don’t recall her ever saying a disparaging thing about anyone. Fran and her beloved, late husband Frank raised the most wonderful woman, my sister in law Cathy and was a loving, kind Grandmother and Great Grandma. She always welcomed us into her home for holidays and family dinners with open arms and  a smile.  She never forgot to send a birthday or Christmas card. She will always be loved and missed.

I lived next door to Fran and Frank growing up. Loved Ruth, Bodo and the Gusmano family. They were my second family and always welcomed us into their home. Growing up Cathy and I wanted to build a bridge between our homes. So many great memories. God bless Fran, there should be a million more people with her kindness and compassion.  ❤️❤️Much love and sympathy to Cathy and her family. I
