Francis William Huber

Francis William (Bill) Huber, 77, of Little River, SC, passed away on June 11, 2017.

Born in Greensburg, PA on August 16, 1939 to the late William N. Huber and Jeanne Kenzel Huber. He was a United States Navy Veteran where he proudly served his country on the Aircraft Carrier USS Princeton. He was a member of Risen Christ Lutheran Church, Myrtle Beach. Retired from General Electric/RCA after 35 years. Bill was a long time resident of Fuquay-Varina, NC and Little River, SC. Bill enjoyed volunteering at the church and working with Meals On Wheels and spending time with family and friends.

He is survived by his wife of 54 years, Peg Creech Huber, two sons, Jeff Huber and wife Christa of Buies Creek, NC; Lance Huber of Myrtle Beach, SC; three grandchildren, Ryan Huber, Camryn Huber, and Brennan Huber all of Buies Creek, NC; his sister, Sandra Huber Harris of Granite Bay CA; and his brother, Paul Huber of Las Vegas NV.

Funeral Services will be held at Risen Christ Lutheran Church in Myrtle Beach on Thursday June 15, 2017. The family will receive friends from 10:30 to 11:30 A.M. and service at 11:30 A.M.

In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be given to Risen Christ Lutheran Church 10595 Highway 17 N, Myrtle Beach SC 29572.
