Gary W. Violette, age 73, of Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, May 21, 2025, surrounded by his family. He was an extraordinary individual who fulfilled multiple roles as a dad, grandfather, best friend, bandmate, and brother. His mastery of the Hammond B3 Organ was exceptional, and music remained his enduring passion. Gary was a recording artist with archives of amazing works released on major distribution sites worldwide. He took immense pride in sharing the stage with his sons and other musicians. He adored his family and grandchildren. As a master stonemason and contractor, he demonstrated remarkable skill and craftsmanship. He was the proud son of WWII veteran Winfred H. Violette, CBI Alpha Force and artist mother, Ada M. Alegi Violette. He is survived by his wife, Rikki, sons, Shane and Brandon, and his grandchildren, Alix, Vance, Jett, River, and Remy.
