Gregory "Greg" Paul Gibson

He is predeceased by his parents Paul and Marty Gibson.

He is survived by his twin brother Grant (wife Mary, nephew Taylor); his wife, Tara; his daughters Jana (Travis) and Brett (Joseph); and three grandchildren: Sawyer, Jase, and Ezekiel. He is a proud alumni of NC State University, graduating in 1980 with a degree in Textiles. He married his beautiful bride Tara on May 19, 1979.

Greg spent many years as the “Mayor of Lowe’s”. He served faithfully at Living Water Baptist Church. His favorite hobbies include telling dad jokes, finding random treasures at Goodwill, and spending time with his grandsons. He was beloved by many.

A celebration of life will take place at Living Water Baptist Church on Saturday, January 6 at 10:00 am. The family asks those who attend to dress in “NC State red”.
