Howard H. Barrall

Howard H. Barrall, 82, of Longs, SC, formerly of Allentown, PA, passed away on Friday, November 17, 2023. He was the son of the late Joseph and Elizabeth (Conroy) Barrall. He was a retired Bethlehem Steel worker where he proudly worked for 29 years and worked part time at Tidewater Plantation while living in South Carolina. He was a graduate of William Allen High School in Allentown, PA. Howard was a proud Army veteran who loved his country. He enjoyed watching old cowboy movies, sports, and exercising. Howard was a compassionate individual who was always willing to lend a helping hand and help others. He was a member of Chapel by the Sea Baptist Church, North Myrtle Beach.

He is survived by his wife of 57 years, Mary Ann; son, Richard, of Allentown, PA; daughter in law, Joan, of Allentown, PA; sister, Elizabeth Miller, of Allentown, PA; and brother, Joseph Barrall, of Allentown, PA. He was predeceased by sisters Lucy Steifel, Dorothy Hinkle, Shirley Ruhf, and brothers Richard, James, and Stanford Barrall.

Services: a Celebration of Life will be held at 1 PM Tuesday, November 21, 2023 at Chapel by the Sea Baptist Church, Hunter Ave, North Myrtle Beach, 29582. Arrangements have been entrusted to the Lee Funeral Home & Crematory, Little River.

Contributions: In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Chapel by the Sea Baptist Church.
