Born on April 2, 1943 in Walden, NY and was a son of the late Ira D. and Hazel (Blank) Silkworth. He was systems analysts for IBM and later was a purchasing manager for the Culinary Institute of America.
Howard was the loving husband of Donna M. (Riccio) Silkworth. They were married 50 years. In addition to his wife, a daughter, Megan Silkworth, also survives him.
A memorial service will be held at a later date.
