Jack was my friend in the Military as we were stationed at Ft Jackson together.  He was the person that taught me to ski jump and he had a great deal of patience with me.  I remember his smile while sitting in his shiny red '65 Chevrolet convertible.  Jack was a great guy...

Jack was a great Buddy and will be missed a lot. I will always remember the good times we had together at Movies, Dinners and traveling with our wives, not forgetting the many hours we spent together re-building my house. I will always treasure our time together.

Jack was a hard worker who volunteer at the Greek Festivial for a 10 hour shift four 4 days  on a hot grill. I will miss miss him.  He was my friend,knowning him when we built my wife office we use Sloan construction to pave our parking lot. I will miss Jack. We shared a lots of good times fishing in the mountains, cooking hero's at the Greek Festival, being a church usher, cooking at the church and lots more.  He may be gone but not forgotten.

Remember many years ago when he and Linda lived in Columbia.  He was such a kind and compassionate guy, with a great sense of humor.  Praying for his family during this difficult time.

Linda,  I am thinking about you and your family at this time of loss.   Retirement is unpredictable but it looks like Jack had some fun.  Many of us walk with a cane now, but still find smiles and love.

It was pleasure to work beside you at Sloan Construction.  I want to thank you for everything that you taught me.  I hope everything is slap ram and insane up in Heaven.   You will be truly missed. Jack had a huge heart.  We played golf many times, and he was always a great guy to play with and be around.  When one of our golfing buddies was flooded out of his home, Jack opened his heart and let the entire family move in to his "man-cave" home until their home was rebuilt.  Jack showed me incredible compassion and generosity by giving his heart to that family.  I will miss him, his humor, his generosity, and his friendship.  To Linda and the family, I express my sincere condolences.
