Jack D. Wallace, Jr., 51, died November 12, 2018.
Born on May 1, 1967 in Lexington, NC, he was the son of the late Jack D. and Nancy Washburn Wallace, Sr.
Mr. Wallace is survived by his nine year old son, James Donald Wallace; sister, Jacqueline W. Everhart; and nephews, Phillip Hartley and Steven Hartley.
A memorial service will be held at 11 am on Saturday, November 17 at Little River United Methodist Church.
