Jane was a devoted sister and aunt, as well as a dedicated physician and mentor.
She is survived by her sister, Julie Kosa (Edward) McKenna, Brother, Mark (Kathy) Kosa, Brother, Richard Kosa, Niece Katie Kosa McKenna, Nephew Patrick (Angelica) Garcia-McKenna, Nieces Jennifer, Emily, Elizabeth Kosa,
Great nieces, Charlotte, Francesca and Avery.
A memorial service will be held at later date.
