Jeanne’s kindness touched many, but never once spared the homeless in her community which she provided for every chance she had. Her love for animals, specifically Boston Terriers, led her to rescue four over the years to provide them with a safe and loving home. She was a feminist, an artist, an exceptional cook, and an exemplary member of her Episcopalian faith. She did all things with kindness first, dignity, honesty, compassion, and red lipstick.
Jeanne was always a strong and fierce woman who loved and taught many. She touched countless lives with her love and compassion.
A memorial service will be held at the Church of the Resurrection in Greenwood, SC at 3:00 pm on Sunday, January 15, 2023 with a reception to follow.
