Jennifer Oxendine

Jennifer Oxendine, 47, of Little River, passed away with her loving family by her side on Thursday, March 18, 2021. Born in Lumberton, NC, she was the daughter of Jerry King and June Gooden Boyd. Jennifer was the loving and devoted wife of Fredrick “Fred” Oxendine.

A warm and loving daughter, wife, and mother, Jennifer held her family deep in her heart. Beautiful, both inside and out, Jennifer was special to everyone she met. She was a passionate woman who treasured friendships; enjoyed the beauty of the beach; and her greatest joy was being with her family. Jennifer worked for many years as a Branch Manager for Wells Fargo. Prior to her illness she was a hostess at Hoskins Restaurant where she loved her Hoskins family and they loved her.

Surviving in addition to her husband of 27 years, Fred, she is also survived by her parents, Jerry King, June Boyd and her children, Elijah Dale Oxendine and Harmoni Junean Oxendine.

The family will receive friends from 4:00 until 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday, March 24, 2021 at Lee Funeral Home and Crematory. A memorial service will be held at 3:00 p.m. on Thursday, March 25, 2021 at Galiliee Holiness Church in Fayetteville, NC.
