Jerome "Jerry" Wiles

Jerome “Jerry” Wiles, 73, passed away Sunday, September 5, 2021 surrounded by his family. Born in San Diego, CA, Jerry was a son of the late Marvin Lee Wiles and Lima Pickering Wiles. He was the husband of 30 years to Martha Rose Wiles.

Jerry retired from the United States Air Force in 1988 after proudly serving his country for 22 years. Following his retirement from the USAF, Jerry worked as Pacific Regional Manager in Radio Com Center with ARINC (Aeronautical Radio Inc.). He worked in Hawaii, California, Maryland, before retiring in Livermore, California in 2009. In July 2009, Jerry and Martha relocated to Carolina Shores, NC. He was an avid golfer, and enjoyed playing cards with his family and friends.

In addition to his wife, Martha, Jerry is survived by his son Randy Wiles (wife, Patrice); step-son, John Dodge; siblings, Jesse Wiles, Joseph Wiles, Jeannie Stephens, Robert Wyland, and Myrna Armstrong. Lucy, his and Martha’s feline companion, also survives him.
