Lee and family,
My deepest condolences on the passing of your loved one. I don't believe I had the pleasure of meeting Joan in person, but I have spoken with her for many years on the telephone. Joan was always a big help to me with insurance years ago. She had a soothing, very calming voice. My heart goes out to her family at this difficult time.
