

John was born on October 21, 1948 in Warren, PA. He was the son of the late Hugh W. and Alma (Haslet) Millin.
He was a 1966 graduate of West Forest High School and attended Clarion University. Many local businesses and neighbors knew and worked with John through his ownership of the Tionesta Beverage. John owned and operated the beverage from 1984 until his retirement in 2024.
John married the love of his life Pamela (Faulkner) Millin on October 22, 1978.
John and Pam enjoyed many adventures through their 47 years of marriage. Adventures including businesses, family, and many trips together. In their most recent years they enjoyed spending time at their home in Little River and their summers in Tionesta.
John enjoyed golfing and spending time with his family. Family meant everything to John. He was an avid sports fan, especially the Cleveland Browns. John always enjoyed the basic things in life. He will be remembered for his joyous laugh and his big smile.
In addition to his wife, Pamela, John is survived by a son, Shaun J. Millin (Lindsay) of Titusville, PA and a granddaughter, Kayleigh C. Millin. A sister, Mary Anne Settlemire (Tom) of Grove City, PA. Sisters-in-law, Cheryl and Cynthia Millin of Tionesta, Bonita Waggett (William) of Panama City, FL and Mitzi Bowen (Charles) of Marshall TX. John also has many close nieces and nephews.
John was preceded in death by his brothers, Hugh W. Millin, James E. Millin, and Paul H. Millin.
A celebration of life will be held in Tionesta at Hunter’s Station Golf Course on October 17th from 2-4 PM.
There will also be a celebration of his life held in Little River at the Finish Line Grill on October 25th from 2-4 PM.
In lieu of flowers the family suggests memorial contributions be made to St. Jude’s.
