Col John Howard Morris, Jr. (Ret), 83, died, Saturday, September 23, 2017 from a long illness.
Born on January 2, 1934 in Memphis, TN, he was the son of the late John H. and Minnie Bell Howell Morris, Sr.
Mr. Morris proudly served his country for 29 years in the United States Air Force.
Survivors include his wife of 34 years, Lieve Fleerackers Morris; his children, daughter, Jenny Sauer; son, John H. Morris, III.; and brother, David Morris.
A graveside service, with full military honors, will be held at 1 pm on Thursday, September 28 at Florence National Cemetery.
