It is with a heavy heart that I announce the passing of my husband, Kenneth Wallace.
He was born on February 26, 1941 in Key West, Florida and passed on August 22, 2019 at our home in South Carolina.
Kenneth served in the US Air Force for 21 years and then worked for the US Navy as a civilian for 18+ years. He was a life time member of the VFW and a member of Post #7288 in Calabash, North Carolina. He was also a previous commander of a VFW post in Key West. Kenneth was a graduate of KWH class of 1959.
He leaves behind a daughter, Carol; adopted son, Frank; sister, Martha; brother-in-law, Richard; sister-in-law, Dinah; and nephews and nieces. He has two grandchildren, Christina and Waylon, and three great grandchildren. He was predeceased by his mother, Edris, and brother, Robert.
He will be buried at Arlington National Cemetery with full military honors. Date is yet to be determined.
