Born on April 13, 1962, Peggy was the beloved daughter of Robert and Mildred Foster. As the youngest of three children, she was raised with the values of compassion, hard work, and kindness - qualities that defined her throughout her life.
Peggy devoted her career to nursing, where she provided comfort, care and support to countless patients and their families. Nursing was more than a profession to her; it was a calling. She approached every patient with empathy and dignity, earning her the respect of her colleagues and the gratitude of those whose lives she touched.
Outside of her career, Peggy found her greatest joy in the simple pleasures of life. She loved getting lost in a good book, spending cherished time with her family and friends, and relaxing at the beach, where she found peace and happiness. These moments, shared with those she loved, brought her immense joy and created lasting memories.
Above all else, Peggy was a devoted wife, mother, daughter, sister, and friend. She is survived by her loving husband, William “Bill” Quatrone; her children, Jason and his long-term partner Katina, Alex and Britini and her husband Jake; her brothers Joseph and Jim Foster; as well as extended family members, dear friends, and many others who were fortunate enough to know her.
Peggy will be remembered for her gentle heart, quiet strength, unwavering compassion, and selfless dedication to others. She had a remarkable ability to make people feel cared for and valued, and her warmth and kindness will continue to live on in the hearts of all who loved her.
The Quatrone family extends their heartfelt gratitude to everyone who has offered their love, prayers, and support during this difficult time.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society in Peggy’s memory.
