

Born on June 26, 1940, in New Jersey. Mary Jane dedicated her life to serving others. She spent her professional career as a teacher, a vocation she truly loved. The relationships she built with her students extended far beyond the classroom, and she remained in touch with many of them throughout her life—a testament to the lasting impact she had as an educator and mentor.
Mary Jane was a lifelong, devoted Catholic whose faith was the foundation of her life. She faithfully attended Mass whenever she was able, and when she could no longer attend in person, she continued to participate by watching services from home. Her deep relationship with God was a constant source of strength and comfort.
Known for her kind heart and generous spirit, Mary Jane genuinely cared for others and touched countless lives through her compassion, encouragement, and unwavering support. She also had a special fondness for Disney's Eeyore, whose gentle nature always brought a smile to her face.
A funeral Mass will be celebrated on Friday, July 17, 2026, at 1:00 p.m. at Our Lady Star of the Sea Church. Following the service, Mary Jane will be laid to rest in the church's Columbarium.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made to a scholarship fund being established in Mary Jane's memory. The scholarship will support students at the school where she taught for many years, continuing her lifelong commitment to education and helping others.
Mary Jane will be remembered for her unwavering faith, her dedication to her students, and the kindness she shared with everyone she met. She will be deeply missed by all who had the privilege of knowing and loving her.
