He is survived by both his mother and father; his daughter, Shirley Pollin; brother, Joseph Pollin; grandmother, Betty Frisco; aunts; and uncles. He was preceded in death by his grandfather, Frank Frisco along with numerous aunts and uncles.
Matthew enjoyed life on the Carolina coast. He loved visiting the beach with his family, searching for shark teeth, chasing seagulls, camping and going fishing. He was a talented landscaper who took a great deal of pride in his work. Most importantly, Matthew cherished his beloved daughter, Shirley, his family, and his dog, Babe.
A visitation will be held on Saturday, July 15, 2023 at Lee Funeral Home and Crematory from 4:00 – 6:00 PM.
