Maxine E. Sanford, 92, died Monday, July 24, 2017 at home surrounded by her loving family.
Born on March 12, 1925 in Tremont, MS, she was the daughter of the late William H. and Flora Jones Creekmore.
Mrs. Sanford is survived by her children, James A. Herring and Peggy L. Herring; brother, Raymond Creekmore, sister, Evelyn Ermis; and two grandchildren, Ashley Eckblad and Christopher Allen. She is predeceased by her husband, three brothers, Jerry, William and Robert Creekmore and three sisters, Lillian Swiney, Earlene Markham and Rosetta Creekmore.
