Michele Bashant

March 20, 1969-July 12, 2022

The Bashant family is heartbroken to announce the loss of Michele Bashant. Michele was an endearing, kind, gentle and loving daughter, sister, aunt, Godmother, cousin and loyal friend. She loved helping people. Her passions were her friends at school and her bowling team. She won the “biggest loser” in TOPS. Michele, also known as Shelly Belly, Mitch, Shelly to her loved ones leaves behind her parents Pauli and Richard, her siblings Denise Duffy (Edward, Eddie, Jessica, Larissa), Cheryl Thirtyacre (Devon, Bryce), Richard (Jennifer, Kelsie, Kamdyn), Bret (Lisa, Tyler, Rylee), Katie Bashant-Kelliher (Bryan, Bryana, Taylor), Amanda Gardner (Demetric, Kingston, Lennox) and her great niece and nephews.

Michele changed the lives of everyone she touched. If she met you once, she remembered you and your birthday as if Einstein himself was a host in her head. Her infectious loving laughter brightened every room. Michele was an avid Jets and Red Sox fan. Night or day she could be found watching any news, crime or jail television show.

Services will be held on Saturday, July 16, 2022 @ 2:00pm at Lee Funeral Home & Crematory, 11840 Hwy 90, Little River, SC.
