Paul was born on May 17, 1946 in Bolivar, PA, and was the son of the late Paul W. Roby and Grace (Crusan) Roby. Married for 60 years, he was the loving husband of Patricia Rodgers Roby.
A US Army veteran of the Vietnam War, Paul retired as a technician from Bell Telephone Co. He was a member of Pleasant Plains Baptist Church.
In addition to his wife, Paul is also survived by two grandchildren, Rick Roby and Katie Floyd; two great grandchildren; his sisters, Dianne Brant of PA and Cindy Greer of NC. He was preceded in death by a son, Richard W. Roby.
Visitations will be held from 2:00-4:00 PM and 6:00-8:00 PM on Thursday, September 10, 2026 at Lee Funeral Home and Crematory, 11840 Hwy 90, Little River SC 29566. The funeral service will begin at 10:00 am on Friday, September 11, 2026 at the funeral home.
Burial will be in North Myrtle Beach Memorial Gardens with military honors.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Pleasant Plains Baptist Church. Longs SC.
