Paula Sue Lewis

Paula Sue Lewis, 69, of Strasburg, Ohio, passed away September 23, 2021 with her family by her side. She was born to John and Ramona Donahue, April 26, 1952, in Massillon, Ohio. Paula graduated from Strasburg High School in 1970; she worked as a Licensed Practical Nurse and other healthcare related jobs until her retirement.

Paula married William Gene Lewis in 1975; they lived together in Dover, Ohio before relocating to the North Myrtle Beach area. Paula is survived by three children: Michelle Bartle, Brent Lewis and Craig Lewis. She is also survived by her five grandsons- Chase, Quinn, Colin, Wade, and Landon.

Paula was always there for her friends and family- loving, dependable, and supportive. She and her husband William enjoyed doing anything outdoors, watching sporting events of their kids and grandkids, golfing, shelling at the beach, and hunting for antiques for their home. Paula also enjoyed shopping and having lunch dates with her girlfriends.

Besides her children, Paula is survived by her sister Nancy Curry and her brother Steve Donahue, as well as several nieces, nephews, cousins and many friends. In addition to her parents, her brother, John Michael Donahue; niece Aimee Donahue; and great niece Hailey Curry preceded Paula in death.
