Ronald Wallace Stevens, Sr. died Wednesday, March 29, 2017 at home with his family by his side.

Born on October 15, 1942 in High Point, NC, he was the son of the late L.W. and Lottie Outlaw Stevens.

Mr. Stevens graduated from Ragsdale High School, Mitchell College and Harvard University. He and his brothers were the owners and operators of a successful business, High Point Chemical.

Survivors include four sons, Ronnie, Alex, Tony and Joe; brothers, Frank and Kenny; sister, Kathy Bradley; soul mate Dorothy (Dolly) McKay; grandchildren, Kaitlyn, Jess, Asa, Hannah, Olivia, Ella Rose; and four-legged companion, Fluffy.

Services will be private with the family.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Hospice Home at High Point, 1803 Westchester Drive, High Point, NC 27262.
