Ruth B. Howard, age 89, of North Myrtle Beach, South Carolina passed away on Tuesday, September 26, 2023.
A memorial mass for Ruth will be held Monday, October 2, 2023 at 1:00 PM at Our Lady Star of the Sea Catholic Church, 1100 8th Ave N, North Myrtle Beach, SC 29582.
