Sarah Ann Rossetti Green passed away on Sunday, November 10, 2024, at home with her only son and his wife by her side. She was 91 years old. Born on January 31, 1933, in Glen Cover, NY, Sarah was a daughter of the late Dominick and Louise D-Andrea Rossetti.
On October 3, 1953, Sarah married Donald Alva Green. They celebrated 64 years of marriage before his passing on December 30, 2017.
Surviving is her son, Donald Joseph Green and his wife, Cindy; grandchildren, Donald Green (Lauren), Thomas “Bo” Green; great-grandchildren, Lila and Lacey Green. Sarah is also survived by her sisters, Judy Paris, Mildred Tavernese, and Patricia Rossetti. Her grandson, Steven Green and sister, Margaret Pascucci preceded her in death.
A funeral mass will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, November 15, 2024, at Our Lady Star of the Sea Catholic Church.
