Tandy Lee Vaughn Medina, 54, died April 29, 2018 at her home.
Born on March 3, 1964 in Lancaster, SC, she is the daughter of Hazel and Connie Broadwater Vaughn.
Tandy served her country proudly in the U.S. Army.
Other than her parents of Little River, SC, survivors include her son, J.C. Burgess of Richmond, VA; uncle and aunt, Tim and Sarah Faulk Vaughn, and extended family.
Inurnment, with military honors, will be at 1 pm on Monday, May 7, 2018 at Florence National Cemetery, Florence, SC.
