Travis Charles Hunter

Travis Charles Hunter, 81, died April 21, 2017 at home surrounded by his loving family and friends.

Born on July 8, 1935 in Cleveland, OH, he was the son of the late Travis A. and Helen Finnerty Hunter.

He was a member of Living Water Baptist Church.

Survivors include his wife of 45 years, Ellen Wilson Hunter; four sons, James Edward Jackson, Arthur D. Hunter, Lanel D. Hunter and Michael A. Jackson; daughter, Denise Renee Hunter; sister, Joan Cooper; 28 grandchildren and 17 great grandchildren. He is predeceased by his son, Travis Charles Hunter, Jr., and stepmother, Sarah E. Hunter.

A memorial service will be held at 2 pm on Sunday, April 30 at Living Water Baptist Church. The family will receive friends following the service.
