Virginia Lee Carter, age 89, of Little River, South Carolina, passed away peacefully on December 4, 2025. Born in Conway, South Carolina, she was the daughter of the late Lewis H. and Mary Todd Brandt.
Virginia is survived by her loving husband, Robert Carter; her daughter, Lisa Kay Wallace; sister, Nina Edge; two cherished grandchildren; and her step-sons, Joey Carter, Tony Carter, and Tommy Carter. She was preceded in death by her parents; along with her son, Ernest Timothy Cooper and her sisters, Louise Gilliam, Billie Clemmons, and Esta Carter.
A devoted member of Living Water Baptist Church, Virginia lived a life rooted in faith and family. She retired from Belk after many years of dedicated service. She will be remembered for her kindness, strength, and unwavering love for those around her.
A graveside service will be held at 2:00 PM on Wednesday, December 10, 2025, at Mt. Leon Cemetery in Longs, South Carolina.
