Walter Lee Jones, 69, died Sunday, May 1, 2016 at his home.
Born on October 16, 1946 in Oxford, NC, he was the son of the late William Carl and Lottie Boyd Jones.
Mr. Jones was a U.S. Army Veteran.
Survivors include two sons, Jason and Walter Jones; brother Dud Jones and several nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be held at 3 pm on Tuesday, May 10 in Lee Funeral Home Chapel. The family will receive friends following the service.
