

Wilma will be lovingly remembered for the joy she found in spending time with family and friends and for the warmth she brought to every gathering. She especially enjoyed hosting holiday gatherings and making memories with the people she loved. Wilma also enjoyed shopping, golfing, and traveling.
She is survived by her husband, Richard “Dick” Myers, and their loving dog, Lexi; her children, Sonya and Glenn Duncan and Scott and Aimée Suddreth; her stepchildren, Trey and Heather Hogan and Becky Colwell; her grandchildren, Dylan, Hanna, William, Nathaniel, Ellie, James, Kentley, Austin, Alex, Aiden, Tempest, Henry, and Simon; and her great-grandchildren, Chase, Lilah, Emmaline, and Dawson. She is also survived by her sisters, Debbie and Vernelle.
She was preceded in death by her father, Elbert Ernest Hardy Jr.; her mother, Dorothy Inez Hardy; her brother, Luther Stanley Hardy; and her stepdaughter, Christine Hogan.
The family would like to say a special thank you to Mcleod Hospice for their compassion and care during this difficult time. In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that online donations be made to the McLeod Health Foundation, with the Butterfly Fund designated in memory of Wilma Myers.
A celebration of Wilma’s life will be held at a later date. Details will be shared with family and friends when arrangements are finalized.
