Arsenio Ong

Arsenio was born on July 20, 1939, in Tagudin, Ilocos Sur, Philippines, to Buenaventura Ong and Juana Ducosin. He was one of ten siblings and shared a lifelong bond with his brothers and sisters: Pacita, Juanito, Samuel, Josephine, Clarita, Timoteo, Teresita, Francis, and Agnes.

Above all, Arsenio cherished his family. He is lovingly remembered by his two sons, Edward and Michael, and his ten beloved grandchildren: Jenna, Jhun, Michael, Mira, Kyleen, Gwyneth, Ivan, Claire, Trixie, and Dylan.

Arsenio enjoyed sharing stories that brought laughter to family gatherings. Down-to-earth and easy to talk to, his gentle spirit will remain in the hearts of all who had the privilege of knowing him.

He will be deeply missed, lovingly remembered, and forever in our hearts.

Memorial gathering will be held on Wednesday, July 8 from 4-9 PM at the Quinn-Hopping Funeral Home, Livingston. Memorial mass will be held on Thursday, July 9 at 10:30 AM at St. Raphael's Church, Livingston, with inurnment to follow at Gate of Heaven Cemetery, East Hanover.
