

Arthur G. Kendall, age 88, of Livingston, NJ, passed away peacefully on Palm Sunday March 24, 2013. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at St. Philomena’s Church 386 S. Livingston Avenue Livingston, NJ, on Monday April 1, 2013 at 10AM. Interment to follow at Gate of Heaven Cemetery E. Hanover, NJ. The family will receive their friends at Quinn-Hopping Funeral Home 145 E. Mt. Pleasant Avenue Livingston, NJ, on Saturday March 30, 2013 from 2-6PM. Born in Brooklyn, NY, to the late Thomas W. and Esther Laurie Kendall; he resided in Livingston since 1950. He served his country proudly during WW II in the Army Air Corp. After the war, he joined the Livingston Police Department. He later left the Police department to start his own business, the Experimental Plastic Mold Corporation located in Fairfield, NJ, which he ran until his retirement in 1980. Mr. Kendall was a daily communicant of St. Philomena’s Church, a former member of the Blue Angels Police Motorcycle Club and a Life Member of the West Essex PBA Local 81. He was predeceased by his beloved wife Virginia Chamberlain Kendall. He is survived by his son Glen Kendall and many nieces and nephews.
