Betty was born in Scranton, Pennsylvania and lived in Newark, New Jersey before moving to Livingston in 1960. She moved to Roseland, New Jersey in 2015 and lived there since then.
Betty affectionately called Liz by family and friends was an operator for Bell Telephone before becoming a nurse at St. Barnabas Medical Center in Livingston and then later became a Reservation Agent for Eastern Airlines.
Betty is predeceased by her husband Charles Foster and her Grandson Justin. She is survived by her four children: Linda and her husband Joe, Chuck and his wife Sandra, Scott and his wife Sophia and Kristie. Also surviving are her six grandchildren: Rebecca, Matthew, Michael, Chuck, Madison and Charlie. She also has two great grandchildren Hudson and Avery.
