Good Evening everyone, as Aunty Zima would say, we’re her 4 daughters from NY. 
Growing up in Rose Hall was one of our happiest times. Uncle Bonny and Aunty Zima have been a part of our lives forever. Aunty Zima was practically our second mom. Some would say she had the magic touch when it came to getting us to eat our food, which funny enough is now a trait my sister Salma has with our own kids. Shabana and Salma were always at Aunty Zimas house. Many of our memories in Guyana included Uncle Bonny and Aunty Zima. From the Birthdays, weddings, baby showers, the good, the bad, Aunty Zima was there for it all. We were always greeted with a smile or a “Hi babes” when we saw her. We always looked forward to her baking coconut buns, which were the best treat.
Just a couple weeks ago we heard uncle Bonny and aunty Zima, were going to be visiting our mom and dad in NY. Just so happens we were all free that day (which is rare for us). So we all decided to surprise my mom, dad uncle Bonny and aunty Zima and all showed up to the house, all 9 grandkids in tow, and we had the best time. That day holds a special place in our heart because it was the last time we saw aunty Zima. The last time we got a picture with her. This all feels like a bad dream. Like, we’ll wake up and see a text from aunty Zima sharing pictures of her grandkids that she was soo very proud of. 
Uncle Bonny, Adrian, Tony- we love you, we’ll always be here for you, just a phone call or short drive away. You now have the greatest angel watching over you and protecting you, just like she always did. 
Little that Adrian and Tony know they have adapted 4 sisters.  Salma and myself practically was at their house every week eating . When Alisha came along whenever she didn’t want to eat guess whose house she was going Aunty Zima. As we migrate to US Aunty and Uncle did the same . 
I really believe God needed more angels to watch over us which is why you are taking her from us so early. This was so unexpected.

Anty Zimma: always pleasant, never negative. Gave your heart to all you came across. In a world easily confused as being dark you were a beam of light. May god have mercy on you and us all!

Aunty Zeema will be missed dearly...that beautiful smile, warm, loving and humble personality!!!
This is very hard for us,  since we are still struggling with losing our Mom.  Like we're doing...cherish the memories of Aunty. We know they are both being embraced in the arms of our Lord and Savior.

Our condolences to Bonnie, Adrian, Tony and the rest of the family. Zimma was our forever friend, we met over 40 years ago and we had such a strong connection. We enjoyed the time Shanta and I spent with you all. It was only two weeks ago that we were able to spend some quality time with both of you. She was still the same bubbly person and we were so shocked and saddened when we realized that it was the last time that we will see her. Our hearts are broken but will always have a place in our hearts for Zimma. We will always treasure the beautiful memories of her.

On behalf of the Tulshi family, we extend our deepest sympathies to Uncle Bonnie, Adrian, Tony, and the family.  We have many treasured memories of Auntie Zima and regret that we are unable to be there to share them with you in person.
We first met Auntie Zima and the family when Dad was working at Port Mourant Hospital.  I remember many birthday parties together and many Saturdays watching movies on the VCR.  Mom reminded us of Auntie Zima’s garden and specifically her wiri wiri pepper that she always shared with us.  She also taught Mom how to bake bread and how to make her famous buns, this was always a treat for us. I remember, as a young girl, thinking how glamourous and beautiful she was, when attending the many parties at our home.  She and Uncle Bonnie were always the best dancers – graceful and fluid.
Auntie Zima was generous, kind and always remembered and remarked on the kindness others had shown her.  Her heart was filled with gratitude and optimism – this fostered a rich life of fulfillment and awareness of the multitude of blessings that continually surrounded her.
She will be missed but someone so special will never be forgotten

Zeema  was a sweet dear friend! Always had a smile on her face and a caring attitude! I fondly remember the cruise we took and especially the times Zaf and I visited Bonnie and Zeema’s home! I know Heaven is rejoicing as God receives her. I also know she will be waiting for the rest of us to join her!
