Brian Andrew Cohen

Brian was born March 7, 1972, to the parents Barry Cohen and Mary Elizabeth “Besty” Cohen (nee Fess). He graduated from Immaculate Conception in Montclair New Jersey and continued his education at the University of Rhode Island where he was the Rams Basketball student manager. Brian continued his education to become a Special Ed teacher and taught until his retirement at West Orange High School, continuing his love for kids he coached the Freshman Boys Basketball, Varsity Boys Lacrosse at West Orange and the Boy Lacrosse for Livingston High School. Brian spent his summers as the Director of Livingston Day Camp. To finish up his summer he enjoyed his Disney World trip every August with his son since 2005. Brian is survived by his wife Deana Cohen (nee Asaro), son Garrett Cohen, sister-in-Law Debbie Justin, father Barry, brothers David (Debby) and Scott (Michele), and many nieces, nephews and cousins. He is preceded in death by his loving mom Mary Elizabeth Cohen (nee Fess).

Family and friends are invited to attend a 2-hour Visitation on Saturday, October 26, 2024 from 1:00pm to 3:00pm at Quinn Hopping Funeral Home, 145 East Mount Pleasant Ave, Livingston, NJ 07039, followed by a Blessing at 3:00pm.
