My sweet Aunt Carolyn  Beverley, daughter of Mable and John AV Beverley late of Bloomfield, sister of John A Beverley ( Gladys) of Livingston and Janice Beverley  Padgett( Lewis)  late of West Bloomfield, Michigan passed away at the age of 101. She was a bit of a “miracle life” as the day she was born, with Cerebral Palsy, the doctor’s dim prognosis was that she probably would not survive the day. As it turns out she outlived all of her siblings and their spouses along with a nephew and a niece. Her love of the opera was well known as well as her vain,but very determined, efforts to play the piano . She is survived by three nieces and her nephew: Christine Beverley Brady of San Diego, CA, John Richard Beverley and wife Karen of Cedar Run, NJ, Beverley Padgett Mooney in Illinois, and Deborah Padgett Meyer in Michigan. She also leaves behind several loving  great  nieces and nephews.
