Colleen Mary Salmon (nee Murphy), 76, passed away on Saturday, July 23, 2016 in Livingston, NJ. Born in Newark, Colleen was a long time resident of Belleville before moving to Toms River and most recently West Orange.
Colleen was predeceased by her parents, James and Catherine Murphy and her siblings James, Pal, Cassie, Mary, Patricia, and Marge. She is survived by her loving children Sharon, Jim and his wife Rosalba and her daughter Lilian, and Tom, her grandson Christopher, siblings Tom, Greg, Irene, Jeanne, Mickey, Carol, and Diane, as well as many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, July 26, 2016 from 2-4 & 7-9 PM at the Quinn-Hopping Funeral Home 145 E. Mt. Pleasant Avenue, Livingston, NJ. Funeral service will be held during the visitation at 8PM. Cremation will be private. In lieu of flowers, donations in Colleen’s name may be made to the charity of your choice.
