Frances C. Anderson

Frances C. Anderson of Livingston, NJ, passed away on Monday, January 21, 2019 at the age of 90.

Frances was born in Newark, NJ on July 28, 1928. She was a graduate of Irvington High School. Frances worked in the insurance industry, initially at Prudential where she met her husband Henry, and later at Chubb Insurance.

Frances was the beloved wife of the late Henry E. Anderson; loving mother of Richard Anderson and his wife Kathryn, and daughter Lynne F. Skaflen. She is the cherished grandmother of Timothy, Geoffrey, and Matthew Anderson; and Kevin Lee Metros, Jr., Cheryl Green and her husband Curtis, and Bryan Metros. She is the great grandmother of Bryce Green, and sister of Clayton James Davenport and his wife Charlotte. Frances was pre-deceased by grandson Trevor Metros. She took great pride in her family, who were the joy of her life.

Frances appreciated all the help and support she received from her caregivers in her later years. The family will receive relatives and friends at Quinn-Hopping Funeral Home, 145 E. Mt. Pleasant Ave., Livingston, NJ, on Wednesday, January 30th, from 3 to 7PM. A funeral service celebrating Frances’ life will be held at Quinn-Hopping Funeral Home on Thursday, January 31st, at 11AM. Burial will follow at Restland Memorial Park, East Hanover, NJ.
