Josephine Pepe, 94, passed away on Sunday, December 20, 2015. Her family will receive relatives and friends at the Quinn-Hopping Funeral Home of Livingston, 145 E. Mt. Pleasant Ave., on Tuesday, December 22, 4 until 8 PM. The Mass of Christian Burial will be offered at St. Philomena’s Church, 386 S. Livingston Ave., Livingston, at 11:30 AM followed by the committal service at Gate of Heaven Cemetery, East Hanover.
Born in Newark, Josephine lived in West Orange for many years moving to Brick several years ago and had maintained a winter residence in Marco Island, FL. She had a passion for playing cards and going to Atlantic City.
Predeceased by her husband Anthony and her daughter Joanne Racioppi and sisters Lucy Micchelli and Carmella Vella, she is survived by her beloved children, Pat, Rae Santasieri, Joseph, eight loving grandchildren and five cherished great grandchildren.
