Kathryn Addis (nee Kelso), 68, of Morristown, N.J., died Monday, June 27, 2011, at Holly Manor Center, Mendham, N.J. The service celebrating her life will be offered at Restland Memorial Park's chapel, 77 DeForest Ave., East Hanover, N.J., on Friday at 10 a.m. followed by the committal service in the cemetery. Her family will receive friends at the Quinn-Hopping Funeral Home of Livingston, 145 E. Mount Pleasant Ave., on Thursday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Kathryn was born on Dec. 8, 1942, in Jersey City, N.J., and lived and attended school in Kearny, N.J., graduating from Kearny High School. She lived in Morristown, N.J., for many years. Kathryn retired this year as executive assistant to Ronald J. Del Mauro, the chief executive officer of Saint Barnabas Health Care System, where she had worked since 1967. Above all, she was an avid animal lover who supported many organizations. She was predeceased by her parents, John Kelso and Edna Monahan. Surviving Kathryn are her beloved daughter, Denise Addis and her husband, James Namiotka; loving grandson, Mac Addis, and her dear sister, Carol Le Francis, and her husband, William. Also surviving are her loving nieces, Jeannine Le Francis; Patrice Bannon and her husband, Richard; Kathleen Ratchko and her husband, Joseph, and Sheila Ciancia and her husband, James; she was predeceased by niece Michelle Fox (wife of Stephen). She is also survived by her dear great-nieces and nephews, Kristin, Stephen, Max, Katie, Samantha, Jesse, Christopher, Nicole and many good friends.
