Lorraine M. Gatto

Lorraine Gatto (nee: Murano) a life-long resident of Livingston, passed away on Wednesday, July 22, 2015. Her family will receive relatives and friends at the Quinn-Hopping Funeral Home of Livingston, 145 E. Mt. Pleasant Ave., on Sunday, 2-6 PM. The Funeral Mass celebrating her life will be offered at St. Raphael’s Church, 346 E. Mt. Pleasant Ave. on Monday at 10 AM followed by the entombment service at Gate of Heaven Cemetery, East Hanover.

Lorraine was born at St. Mary’s Hospital in Orange, N.J. and lived her entire life in Livingston. She graduated from Livingston High School and from the Berkeley Secretarial School in East Orange. She worked as the Office Manager at Allan Feid Plumbing and Heating in Livingston for over 20 years and Vice President of Hair Plus, Inc. for over 35 years. Lorraine was a member of the Livingston PTA and attended St. Raphael’s Church.

Lorraine is survived by her beloved husband Roland T. Gatto, her devoted children, Elizabeth Crann, Thomas Gatto and her loving granddaughter Giana Crann; she is also survived by her loving mother, Madeline Murano and siblings Peter J. Murano, Jr. and Rosemarie Cappoli.

Memorial contributions to the American Breast Cancer Foundation are welcomed.
