Marilyn Powers, 78, of Milford, died Tuesday, December 7, 2010. Her family will receive friends at the Quinn-Hopping Funeral Home of Livingston, 145 E. Mt. Pleasant Ave., on Monday, 10 AM until 12 noon at which time a funeral service celebrating Marilyn’s life will be offered. The committal service will follow at Rosedale Cemetery in Orange. Born in Orange, Marilyn lived in West Orange for many years. She was a member of the Holy Trinity Church Women’s Club in West Orange.
Predeceased by her husband Harold in 1990, she is survived by her devoted children, Marshall Powers and his wife Robin, Carol Dawson and her husband Jeff, loving grandchildren Emily and Graham Dawson and brother Marshall Edwards.
